The Backcountry Hut can accommodate up to 20 people, ages 12 & up. It's perfect for large families, bachelor/bachelorette parties and anyone looking for a group adventure.
The package includes a backcountry tour and dinner at the Sunrise Backcountry Hut with fresh baked bread, an appetizer, choice of entree, vegetable side and homemade dessert with a limited beer and wine menu, soft drinks and water.

It all starts when you hop in one of our heated, 4-seat Polaris RZRs and hit the Cheat Mountain Ridge Trail that runs along a towering Spruce forest (we’ll even let you drive if you want, provided you’re 18 or over). You’ll cross exciting terrain while taking in some amazing views that few guests ever get to see, before reaching the Backcountry Hut located 2 miles away from the Village.

If you’re really looking to unplug and connect with friends and family, consider our Overnight Backcountry Hut Dinner package. This overnight option can accommodate up to 10 people, ages 12 & up, and includes a backcountry tour, dinner at the Sunrise Backcountry Hut, overnight stay and family-style breakfast. The dinner menu includes an appetizer, salad, choice of entree, vegetable side and homemade dessert or s'mores with a limited beer & wine menu, soft drinks and water.
The overnight accommodations are rustic. There is no shower at the Sunrise Backcountry Hut. However, guests will be provided with a Snowshoe Summer Fun Pass, which grants access to Split Rock Pools where shower facilities are available. rich-text, responsive-table
